  • INGREDIENTS & PROCESS

    Organic shea butter, organic argon oil, organic coconut oil, organic jojoba oil, organic almond oil, organic tea tree oil and natural fragrance.

    Rub enough Sanaa Organic Beard Butter between your hands and apply thoroughly to your beard and massage into skin beneath your beard. Apply to your entire face as a moisturizer, if desired. Brush/comb beard as you like.

  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    New Products

    We will gladly accept any new products that are returned within 3 days of receipt of purchase. The product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returned items. 

    Non-Returnable Products

    We do not accept returns on opened or used products. Natural and naturally based skin care products may become thinner, thicker or separate with extreme temperatures. This is out of Sanaa Melanin Body Care LLC's control, and therefore may not be replaced, returned or refunded.

    Return Process

    All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Parcels without a RA# will be refused. Please follow these steps to insure a prompt replacement, refund or credit.

    • Please email admin@sanaambc.com for information on our return process.
    • You will be sent a Return Authorization (RA) Form. Once completed, return the form via email and an RA# will be sent to you via email.
    • All return packages must include your name, address, order number and reason for return. Be sure to include the RA# on the outside of the package.
    • Use a strong carton and return package via USPS. Be sure to pack your product carefully.

    • Please note, RAs on merchandise are only valid for 15 days after issuance.

    All orders are shipped via USPS. Local pick-up option is available.
